Your data is stored securely using Neon, a serverless PostgreSQL database platform with built-in encryption at rest and in transit. We implement application-level security policies to ensure members can only access data they are authorized to view.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. These providers may process your data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Neon — Database hosting and authentication.
- Vercel — Website hosting and deployment.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (e.g., welcome emails, application notifications).

- With other members: Your name, business information, and contact details are visible to authenticated members through the member directory. You control what information appears on your profile.
- With chapter leadership: Chapter admins and organization admins can view member data relevant to managing their chapters.
